Submitting a Conference Abstract/Paper by Clicking the Button Below:
To make a new submission, if you know which Symposium to join in, please select the corresponding "Symposium" from the dropdown list, if not, please select “Other”.
Note
- Authors, at their choice, may submit a regular abstract (>200 words) or extended abstract(short paper) and full-length paper (more than 6 pages).
- All papers must be written in English.
- All papers must be original work that have not been published.
- All forms of submission must be submitted only electronically, using the buttons above before the submission deadline.
- If you submit an extended version of a previously submitted abstract, you must additionally contact ICCES Secretariat at icces@techscience.com with your new submission ID.
Publication
- All accepted regular abstract (>200 words) will be published on ICCES Online (ISSN: 1933-2815 (online)).
- All accepted extended abstracts (short papers, more than 6 pages) and full-length papers (more than 6 pages) will be published by Springer, and indexed in EI Compendex, Scopus and Google Scholar for their full archival.
- Selected outstanding full-length papers will be recommended to cooperated SCI/Ei journals of Tech Science Press.
- If you are interested in applying a Special Issue within the ICCES2023, please contact the ICCES Secretariat at icces@techscience.com. Please note that only papers that were accepted, registered, and presented at the ICCES2023 are eligible for submitting an extended version to the SI.
Manuscript Acceptance
- Manuscripts submitted will be undergoing a blind peer-review process during the time of submission.
- Authors of selected accepted abstracts will be invited and possibly encouraged to submit a full-length paper using the full paper template by submission deadline.
- Please note that the Committee reserves the right to change submissions for oral presentations to posters.
General Terms
- All submissions will be subjected to brief in-house peer-review.
- For each submitted regular abstract, extended abstract (short paper) and full-length paper, one theme area must be specified for the content. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to assign thematic categories as necessary.
- The Conference organizers reserve the right to allocate accepted papers into sessions as they see fit in accordance with the overall program objectives.
- The Committee reserves the right to change submissions for oral presentations to posters.
- The acceptance of abstracts by the Committee does not imply any financial assistance or fee deduction.
- At least one author must register in full to attend and present the abstract/paper at the conference.
- An abstract/paper can only be presented once in one form (oral or poster), or in both forms (oral and poster).
- Failure to register may result in the abstract/paper being removed from the Conference program.
- The decision of the Conference organizers is final.
